Moving to Pro or Elite

GameDayBot Pro and Elite replace the original ESPN Football and Sleeper Football plans. Moving over takes about a minute, keeps your bot posting exactly where it posts now, and does not change your renewal date.

What you get

  • Settings you can change yourself — turn individual messages on or off, adjust your close-scores threshold, change your delivery timezone, without waiting on us.
  • Discord slash commands and @mentions — once you connect your Discord server, you can @ tag managers by name and configure your bot with slash commands.
  • Elite adds the AI weekly recap and the analytics charts.

What it costs

  • Pro is $0.00 today. Whatever you pay now, moving to Pro costs nothing at the time you switch.
  • Elite is prorated — you pay only for the days left in your current year, at the difference between the two plans.
  • Your renewal date does not move. Your next payment stays on the same day it is now.

Step 1 — Open your subscription

Go to My Account → Subscriptions and open the one you want to move. Under your league details you will see a panel titled Move to a current plan, showing what each option costs you today.

Step 2 — Choose Pro or Elite

Click Choose Pro or Elite, pick a plan, then click Switch subscription.

Step 3 — Confirm

The checkout shows what you pay today and what you will pay at renewal. For Pro the total today is $0.00. Your first renewal date is shown on the right, and it is the same date you had before.

Step 4 — Connect your server

Your league, chat channel and delivery times carry over automatically — your bot keeps posting to the same place without interruption.

The one thing worth doing next is connecting your Discord server. Right now GameDayBot posts to your channel through a webhook, which works fine but is one-way: the bot can talk, but nobody can talk to it. Connecting your server adds:

  • Slash commands/configure_messages and more
  • @mentions — the bot can tag managers directly instead of typing out a team name

Click Finish setting up your bot and follow the Discord step. Your existing webhook keeps posting the whole time, so there is no gap in your messages.

Questions

Will I get double messages?
No. The old plan stops the instant the new one takes over.

Do I have to reconfigure anything?
No. Your league, your chat channel and your delivery times all carry across.

What if I do not connect Discord?
Nothing breaks. Your bot carries on posting to the same channel exactly as it does today you just will not have slash commands or @mentions until you do.

My subscription says “pending cancellation” or “on hold”.
You will not see the panel. Reactivate the subscription, or update your payment method, and it will appear.

It says it could not read my chat destination.
A small number of older subscriptions have a chat setting we cannot read automatically — usually a Discord invite link saved where a webhook URL belonged. You will be asked to enter it once after switching, and then everything works normally.
